7-Day Guarantee.
We want DrBims to be a positive experience for you and your cat. Every cat is different, and sometimes a product just isn’t the right fit. If your cat doesn’t take to DrBims within 7 days of receiving it, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help, whether that’s a refund or a replacement.

To help us understand your cat’s experience and improve our products, we may request a short photo or video showing your cat’s reaction towards the product. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases, with reasonable use of the product.

Warranty.
All items are covered by a warranty for replacement within 3 days of the parcel received date. The warranty option is the replacement of products at no cost. DRBIMS will also bare the shipping cost. The warranty covers products with broken packaging caused by manufacturing defects.  To request for warranty, snap a photo of the broken/missing item with the Ninjavan parcel bag for proof of delivery. Failure to do so, request for warranty is void.

Reshipping.
All items under “returned to sender” status can be requested for reshipping. However, we will not bare any shipping cost for reshipping due to failure during delivery that is caused by the receiver; ie not being at home during delivery, don’t pick up calls, incomplete/wrong address, or incomplete/wrong phone number. Reshipping is a flat rate of RM12.50 for Peninsula and RM20 for Sabah & Sarawak. The breakdown is as follows ;

Peninsula : RM7.5 (postage) + RM5 (warehouse charge) = RM12.50
Sabah & Sarawak : RM15 (postage) + RM5 (warehouse charge) = RM20
